Location: Cardiff or Swansea (Hybrid with occasional travel to other offices)

The Role
- You will manage a diverse caseload of property litigation matters and contribute to the strategic growth of the team.
- Advising on commercial, residential, and agricultural property disputes
- Handling boundary disputes, adverse possession, easements, covenants, wayleaves, and telecom/energy issues
- Acting in Land Registration matters and First-Tier Tribunal claims
- Managing Town/Village Green applications and public rights of way disputes
- Advising on commercial landlord and tenant issues including lease renewals, forfeiture, CRAR, and 1954 Act matters
- Supporting residential possession proceedings and leasehold reform cases
- Advising on agricultural tenancies, succession rights, and proprietary estoppel claims
- Collaborating with legal assistants and secretaries to deliver excellent client service
- Engaging in business development and networking activities
