I'm working with a well-established property development legal team in central Reading who are looking for an organised and confident Administrator/Secretary to support one of their Partners and the wider team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable being a key point of contact for clients and colleagues. The role is office-based four days a week, with some flexibility available.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing correspondence, documents and completion statements
  • Managing Land Registry and SDLT submissions
  • Proof-reading and formatting documents
  • Assisting with basic finance tasks, including invoices
