Litigation Solicitor – Cheltenham – 5+ years PQE

Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-regarded law firm in their search for a Litigation Solicitor to join their established dispute resolution team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded litigator to take on a senior role within a collaborative and progressive environment, handling a broad range of complex disputes and contributing to team development.
The Role
This Cheltenham-based role offers exposure to a wide variety of litigation matters, including:
- General civil and commercial disputes
- Property litigation
- Contentious probate
You\\\’ll manage your own caseload, assist on director-led matters, and support junior team members. The role involves advising a diverse client base, including corporates, charities, trusts, and individuals, formulating strategy, drafting legal documentation, instructing counsel, and representing clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PQE in litigation
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Experience across a broad range of dispute resolution matters
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive, collaborative approach

Working Arrangements
