Are you a skilled Litigation Solicitor looking for a challenging and rewarding role? This Cornwall based law firm are seeking a litigation solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in litigation to join them to manage a varied caseload with a strong focus on property disputes, including boundary issues, easements, landlord-tenant matters, and possession claims.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Handling a diverse range of litigation matters for both commercial and residential clients
- Advising landlords, tenants, property developers, and individuals on contentious property issues
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with accuracy and clarity
- Preparing cases for court hearings, mediation, and other dispute resolution methods
- Collaborating with conveyancing and commercial property teams to ensure seamless client service
- Engaging in business development, networking, and raising the profile of the team
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in litigation
