Litigation Solicitor 5+ PQE – Cheltenham

We are assisting this well-established and highly regarded Cheltenham firm in their recruitment for a commercially minded litigator with 5+ years\’ PQE.

The successful litigation solicitor will be working across a stimulating caseload that may include:

  • Civil and commercial litigation
  • Property disputes
  • Contentious probate

If you have a particular specialist expertise, then they are also open to a conversation.

You\’ll manage your own files and contribute to larger cases led by senior members of the team. Depending on your PQE, you\’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues.

You can expect to join a close-knit litigation team comprising senior lawyers, junior solicitors, trainees, and dedicated support staff.

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise and knowledge with around 5 + years\’ PQE
  • Experience of independently handing a caseload of an array of litigated matters
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • The ability to manage and priortise deadlines
  • A pragmatic, client-focused approach
