Litigation Solicitor (2-5 Years PQE) β Bournemouth
A leading Bournemouth practice are looking for a confident and capable Litigation Solicitor with around 2-5 years\β PQE to join their growing team and handle a broad range of contentious matters.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload with support from senior colleagues, working across a range of civil and commercial disputes. The work may include:
- Debt recovery and enforcement
- Construction-related disputes
- Commercial and contractual litigation
- Contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims
- County Court and High Court proceedings, including cost budgeting

- 2-5 years\β PQE in litigation
- Solid understanding of CPR and County Court processes
- Familiarity with High Court claims and cost management
