Litigation Solicitor (2-5 Years PQE) – Bournemouth
A leading Bournemouth practice are looking for a confident and capable Litigation Solicitor with around 2-5 years\’ PQE to join their growing team and handle a broad range of contentious matters.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload with support from senior colleagues, working across a range of civil and commercial disputes. The work may include:

  • Debt recovery and enforcement
  • Construction-related disputes
  • Commercial and contractual litigation
  • Contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims
  • County Court and High Court proceedings, including cost budgeting

What We\’re Looking For:

  • 2-5 years\’ PQE in litigation
  • Solid understanding of CPR and County Court processes
  • Familiarity with High Court claims and cost management
  • Strong technical ability in at least one of the listed practice areas
