Litigation Lawyer – Exeter
Our client is an award-winning multi-office practice who pride themselves on delivering high-quality legal advice to families and businesses across the Southwest.
With offices across Devon and Somerset, they are now looking to recruit a litigation lawyer into their office in Exeter City Centre.
Their litigation team handles a wide variety of civil litigation matters and the successful candidate can expect to:
- Manage small claims and Fast Track cases independently.
- Handle Intermediate Track cases with some guidance.
- Support a partner in multi-track cases.
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of disputes, including:
- Property disputes.
- Residential landlord and tenant matters.
- Contract and debt disputes.
- Commercial litigation.
The ideal candidate will have around 3-5 years\’ litigation experience and could be a senior paralegal, a CILEX, or a qualified solicitor. You should be confident managing cases with varying levels of supervision and be keen to engage in the firm\’s marketing and business development initiatives.
