A leading law firm in South Wales is on the lookout for a talented Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their expanding team. With offices in Cardiff and Caerphilly, you will have the flexibility to choose your preferred base plus hybrid working options to suit your lifestyle.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload from start to finish, acting for both claimants and defendants across:
- Property disputes
- Debt recovery
- Contractual disagreements
- Boundary issues
- Contested probate cases
What You Will Bring
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years' PQE in civil litigation
- Solid technical expertise across a broad range of dispute matters
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable working independently and within a supportive team
- Experience working to billing targets and managing caseloads efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office and case management systems
