Responsibilities:

  • Working with a broad range of clients on commercial litigation matters including breach of contract claims, director's duties, professional negligence, and injunctions.
  • Managing all aspects of the client relationship.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents ahead of a court hearing.

  • Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in commercial litigation.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, court procedures, and litigation processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
