Experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant – Regional focus. Hybrid working. Superb opportunity to join Chadwick Nott – the UK\’s most established boutique specialist legal recruitment agency. Legal recruitment is all we do, and we have been doing it very successfully since 1992.

You will work alongside bright individuals who pride themselves in being consultative legal sector experts, working with integrity.
You will have the freedom to manage your own desk by developing personal relationships with both candidates and clients and work alongside highly experienced colleagues across the UK. You will be provided with the tools including an excellent database and latest software that you need to succeed.
Our commission structure is market leading and completely transparent with no threshold.
What are we looking for? Chadwick Nott is looking to hire dynamic and experienced legal recruiters to join our regional private practice teams. Our South West, South East and Paralegal teams are very well established, and you would be joining a sizeable team of experienced and busy consultants. Highlights of the role:
- Opportunity to work a very warm and well established permanent private practice desk with a range of strong client and candidate relationships.
- Ability to use your expertise in legal recruitment to source the best legal talent for a wide variety of law firms from the international, Top 100, specialist boutique firms as well as High street practices, whom we already have relationships with.
- Team collaboration dedicated to providing an excellent service to law firms and lawyers alike, with no limits on the type of law firm or role you can work on.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience and adaptability
Our consultants work on a hybrid basis, out of the Bristol, Birmingham or London offices.
