This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded firm advising landowners and developers on complex, high-value planning matters.

You'll deliver strategic, early stage advice to maximise land value, navigating a fast-moving and increasingly complex planning landscape.

From applications to appeals, you'll be a trusted adviser on projects that truly matter.

The role: Lead on strategic planning advice from site appraisal through to determination and appeal Advise on s.106 agreements, highways arrangements and development frameworks Handle contentious work including judicial review and compulsory purchase matters Collaborate with land agents, consultants and valuers on major schemes This role offers genuine autonomy, a collegiate culture, and the chance to build something meaningful-without sacrificing quality of life.
