As they continue to scale, they are looking for a commercially-minded and adaptable Legal Counsel to join the team and support a wide range of legal matters.
About the Role
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, particularly SaaS agreements
- Advising on data protection, IP, and employment matters
- Supporting corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Helping shape internal legal processes and risk management strategies

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE

- Able to start reasonably quickly
