This role will involve managing a varied caseload of complex and high-value clinical negligence claims, covering both pre-issue and litigated matters.
This will include providing ongoing support, conducting regular supervision meetings, assisting with training and contributing to team development.
The successful candidate will have strong claimant clinical negligence experience and a proven track record in litigation.
A solid understanding of CPR and clinical negligence law is essential.
Experience of working with Legal Expenses Insurance, publicly funded work or CFA arrangements would be advantageous.
You will need excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills, along with a pragmatic approach to managing claims.
This role offers hybrid working, with a blend of office and home working from Leeds.
