Responsibilities
- Manage residential property transactions including sales, purchases and remortgages
- Handle freehold and leasehold matters for clients
- Manage own caseload with minimal supervision
- Provide client-facing service that is professional, proactive and responsive
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the conveyancing process and maintain high service standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience in residential property work
- Solid residential property experience, commercial exposure as a bonus
- Ability to manage own caseload
