Responsibilities

  • Manage residential property transactions including sales, purchases and remortgages
  • Handle freehold and leasehold matters for clients
  • Manage own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Provide client-facing service that is professional, proactive and responsive
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the conveyancing process and maintain high service standards

Key requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in residential property work
  • Solid residential property experience, commercial exposure as a bonus
  • Ability to manage own caseload
