This role offers the chance to work on a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, with direct client exposure from an early stage and genuine opportunities for progression.
The team advises a diverse client base, including founder-led businesses, high-growth companies, SMEs, private companies, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and investors across a range of sectors.
The WorkYou'll have the opportunity to advise on: Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)Venture Capital and Private Equity investmentsEquity fundraisingsJoint ventures and shareholders' agreementsCorporate reorganisations and restructuringsCorporate governance mattersWhat You'll Be DoingAs part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you'll: Support partners and senior associates on a wide range of corporate transactionsManage due diligence processes, including reviewing and reporting on findingsDraft and negotiate ancillary transaction documentationAssist with key transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, investment agreements and asset purchase agreementsPrepare disclosure letters and manage signing and completion processesSupervise trainees and paralegals on transactionsBuild and strengthen client relationships through regular contact and business development activitiesContribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practiceAbout YouYou'll be: A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years' PQE in corporate law gained within private practiceTechnically strong with excellent drafting skillsCommercially minded and client focusedOrganised, proactive and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneouslyA strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skillsAmbitious and keen to develop your profile within a growing teamDesirable ExperienceTechnology sector experienceHealth & Social Care sector experienceCross-border transactions involving inbound UK investment and acquisitionsWhat's on Offer?
