The RoleManaging a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completionHandling acquisitions, disposals and general sale and purchase transactionsInvestigating title and carrying out property due diligenceDrafting and negotiating legal documents and transaction-related agreementsLiaising with clients, agents, lenders and other third partiesReporting to clients on transaction progress and providing clear commercial adviceSupervising and supporting support staff where appropriateAssisting with business development, networking and promoting the firm's servicesCandidate RequirementsQualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' experience within Commercial PropertyStrong experience managing sale and purchase transactions independentlyExcellent drafting, negotiation and communication skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsExperience supervising support staff would be advantageousWhy Join?
