A leading regional law firm is seeking talented lawyers to join its expanding Insurance & Regulatory team in Wiltshire. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a developing practice with strong market presence and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.
The firm is particularly interested in individuals with an established following, strong referral networks, or the ambition to build and develop their own practice within a supportive environment.
The Role
You'll join a dynamic and ambitious team with genuine scope to influence its growth. Opportunities exist across several specialisms, including:
- Defendant Personal Injury - lawyers with strong technical expertise and insurer relationships
- Criminal Defence & Regulatory - practitioners seeking to broaden their practice
- Senior Lawyers - those with an existing client following, referral network or recognised market profile
- Individuals or Teams - seeking a platform to grow their practice and make meaningful impact
Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from lawyers who can demonstrate:
- Strong technical expertise within PI, regulatory or criminal defence
- Established insurer relationships or a solid referral network (desirable)
- Ambition to grow a practice and develop client relationships
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team culture
