As the successful insurance litigation solicitor, you will specialise in property and casualty litigation work.

Managing a caseload of high value subrogated recovery claims, occasionally including liability claims.

Supervision of junior solicitors in the team.

Working domestically and internationally, you will be working on high value and high profile claims.

You will be advising clients on complex coverage matters to include claims under the Insurance Act 2015 and CIDRA 2012.

Managing a caseload from inception to completion to include trials and mediations.

You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 8 years’ PQE with a specialism in property insurance, including subrogated recovery experience.
