Incentives Associate / Senior Associate
Location: Bristol

Chadwick Nott are instructed on a new vacancy with a Top 50 law firm for either an Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing Incentives team, based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, specialist team that advises high-profile UK and global clients ranging from fast-growth startups to listed companies on the full range of employee incentives.

The Role:
You\’ll advise on the design, implementation, and governance of employee and executive incentive plans, including:

  • HMRC-approved and unapproved share plans
  • Employee benefit trusts
  • Cross-border incentive structures
  • Equity incentives on transactions, IPOs, M&A, and restructures
  • Employee ownership trusts
  • Executive tax planning and compliance

The work on offer includes both standalone advisory projects and support on major transactions on a diverse client base including listed businesses and fast-growth, investor-backed companies.

Ideal Candidate:
This position is open to candidates at either the Associate or Senior Associate level, depending on experience with the below requirements:

  • Experience in incentives, tax, corporate, or employment law
  • Familiarity with HMRC-approved and growth share schemes
  • Strong team player with a proactive mindset
  • Background in a law or accountancy firm
