Job Description

Housing Paralegal – ExeterJoin an award-winning law firm and advance your career as a Paralegal.Our client, a well-established law firm with multiple offices across the South West, is seeking a Paralegal for their dynamic Housing Management team in Exeter, Devon.In this role, you'll take ownership of various case files in their initial stages and support other fee earners from first hearing through to trial. Responsibilities include: handling court directions, managing disclosure, gathering evidence and witness statements, assessing risks, and advising clients on innovative solutions to their problems.To be considered, candidates must have prior experience in litigation, ideally with their own caseload. Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and the litigation process is essential.The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary based on experience and a generous benefits package.

The firm is dedicated to providing all colleagues with opportunities for training and development to reach their full potential.
