A great opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a busy and well-established team in Honiton. This role offers a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, estate planning and powers of attorney. You will be working with an established and loyal client base, delivering a high-quality and efficient service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload independently, while also working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment. There will be opportunities to contribute to business development, strengthen client relationships and support the continued growth of the department.

Candidates should have at least 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience managing a full private client caseload. Strong technical knowledge, good file management skills and a client-focused approach are essential. STEP membership would be advantageous but is not required.

The role also offers scope for career progression, including opportunities to take on additional responsibilities within the team, support the development of junior colleagues and become involved in local networking and community initiatives.

Applicants should be confident using legal technology and willing to embrace evolving working practices. A full driving licence and access to transport will be required for home visits and occasional travel. Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered.
