This is a new opportunity for a residential conveyancer to join this leading Herefordshire firm. Based in the picturesque City of Hereford, this well established and highly regarded department seeks a residential conveyancer to join a busy team and undertake the following:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity / deeds of gift
- Remortgages
- Shared ownership
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly firm and work in a supportive team environment. You should demonstrate detailed knowledge of residential property work, good technical proficiency and strong attention to detail.
