Based in the picturesque City of Hereford, this well established and highly regarded department seek a commercial property solicitor to undertake a caseload which includes dealing with transactional work, including handling freehold and leasehold transactions from initial client contact through to completion.
ResponsibilitiesDealing with acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant and development & property financeDealing with agricultural & rural land including a diverse range of agricultural property matters, including sales, purchases, tenancy advice, and easement agreementsActing for business and agricultural clients, including farmers, landowners, and businesses in the rural sectorUndertaking business development initiatives, attending events, and developing key client relationshipsAbout you2+ PQE in commercial property, ideally including agricultural propertyStrong technical and client-facing skillsA keen interest in agricultural matters, with a strong understanding of the sectorStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
