Role

Rare opportunity to build an IP practice, leveraging the firms existing client base alongside your own contacts and clients.

  • Trade markets
  • Copyright and design rights
  • Patents
  • IP licensing

  • IP disputes and enforcement
  • Transactional support including licensing, JVs, M&A, technology transfers

Successful candidate

  • 9+ PQE England & Wales qualified solicitor, either an existing partner or an ambitious senior associate/director looking for partnership
  • At least 9 years UK IP experience
  • Entrepreneurial outlook- keen to build a practice
  • Some form of client following
