Head of Employment - Cambridgeshire
Fantastic opportunity to join this leading regional firm and lead their Employment department.
You will have a proven track record in representing employers and employees and will be responsible for the following:
- Representing a wide range of private and public sector clients on all aspects of employment law
- Dealing with employment policies, contracts and handbooks
- Dealing with redundancy, restructuring, settlement agreements and TUPE
- Dealing with grievances and disciplinary matters
- Attending employment Tribunals
- Mentoring and developing the employment team
