The Role
A standout opportunity to lead a thriving Commercial Property department and play a central role in shaping its future direction. You'll have full autonomy to drive growth, develop the team and manage a high quality caseload.
- Leading, mentoring and developing the Commercial Property team
- Managing a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and referrers
- Driving business development and contributing to wider firm strategy
- Influencing the long term vision and success of the department
This is a senior leadership role with genuine influence and a clearly defined route to Partnership.
Candidate Requirements
- A qualified Solicitor with solid experience and technical expertise in commercial property
- Either an established leader or a senior lawyer ready to step confidently into leadership
- Commercially astute, with proven business development skills or clear potential
- Someone who brings (or can build) strong client/referrer relationships
- A following is beneficial but not essential.
