The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the team, leveraging existing contacts and relationships while capitalising on a flow of referred and existing work. The role encompasses a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, including restructuring plans, company voluntary arrangements (CVAs), contingency planning, voluntary liquidations, and related advisory work. You will advise directors, lenders, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders on complex and commercially significant matters.
