In this role you will manage a caseload of high-value residential property matters for a regional firm in Hampshire, including work for high-net-worth clients and complex assets. You will contribute to business development and play a part in growing the team, while benefiting from a clear path for progression. Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of high-value and complex residential property matters
- Handle transactions involving HNW individuals, listed buildings, and large landholdings
- Navigate complex funding arrangements and time-sensitive matters
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Support and contribute to the ongoing growth of the residential property team
Key requirements
- 2+ PQE
- Experience in residential property matters (high-value / complex preferred)
