Overview
In this role you join a leading L500 firm as Property PSL, focusing on knowledge management and legal training across Commercial and Residential Property. You will design technical training, develop precedents and know-how, and guide colleagues on complex matters, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of developments. You’ll monitor legislative changes and market shifts while supporting professional development. This role offers meaningful impact in a collaborative, market-leading property team in Hampshire.

Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering technical training programmes across the Property team
- Supporting the ongoing professional development of lawyers and support staff
- Providing expert guidance on complex and technical property matters
- Monitoring legislative, regulatory and market developments
- Developing and maintaining precedents, know-how and knowledge resources
Key requirements
- 6+ years' PQE
