You collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, draft and negotiate documentation, and contribute to business development and thought leadership. Responsibilities

  • Advise on NEC and JCT contracts across project lifecycles
  • Draft and negotiate project documentation

Key requirements

  • Around 5+ years' experience advising on NEC and JCT contracts
  • PFI experience advantageous
