A nationally recognised law firm is seeking a non-contentious construction lawyer to join its specialist team. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-impact public sector schemes, advising on the full lifecycle of complex projects across health, housing, and emergency services. The team is known for its work on nationally significant infrastructure matters, including NHS New Hospital Programme schemes and pioneering advice on terminating PFI contracts.
You'll be involved from project inception through to operational delivery and exit, advising on structuring, procurement, and risk management. The role has a strong emphasis on NEC and JCT contracts. You'll work closely with clients, draft and negotiate project documentation, and contribute to business development across the firm's public and private sector client base.
The firm are looking for someone who:
- Has around 5+ year's experience advising on NEC and JCT contracts (PFI experience advantageous)
