Working alongside litigation teams, the department advises on financial and welfare matters, including deputyships, personal injury trusts, care funding, and capacity issues. You'll be responsible for managing client affairs, drafting Court of Protection applications, supporting expert and OPG reports, and liaising with case managers and families.
