You will build and maintain knowledge resources, provide training, and guide complex matters, helping the firm stay ahead on market developments. The position offers strategic influence without a pure fee-earning focus, with opportunities to shape precedents and client-facing content. You collaborate with partners and fee-earners to drive best practice and thought leadership, enhancing long-term careers in a top-tier firm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain precedents, know-how and knowledge resources
- Deliver technical training and mentoring to lawyers across the team
- Provide guidance on complex legal and transactional matters
- Monitor legislative, regulatory and market developments
- Drive best practice, consistency and process improvements
- Support legal innovation initiatives and knowledge management projects
- Contribute to thought leadership and client-facing content
Key requirements
- Experienced Corporate Solicitor or PSL
- 6+ PQE
