Overview
In this Corporate Knowledge Solicitor (PSL) role, you will support a leading corporate team by shaping knowledge resources and best practices. You’ll develop precedents, provide expert guidance on complex corporate/M&A issues, and deliver technical training to lawyers. You’ll monitor legislative developments and drive innovation to improve processes and client service. This is ideal for an established PSL or senior corporate solicitor seeking a knowledge-focused career with meaningful impact across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Develop precedents and knowledge resources for the team
- Deliver technical training and guidance on complex corporate issues
- Monitor legislative developments and regulatory changes
- Shape best practice and contribute to thought leadership
- Drive process improvements and legal innovation to enhance client service
- Support cross-functional collaboration within the corporate group
- Maintain and update knowledge management systems and precedents
Key requirements
- Experienced corporate solicitor or PSL with substantial PQE
- 6+ PQE (as indicated)
- Strong knowledge of corporate/M&A practice
- Ability to develop and train others in technical topics
- Experience in knowledge management or legal operations is desirable
- Proven ability to advise on complex legal issues
