You will work on complex matters across sectors, including procurement challenges and distressed infrastructure projects. You will manage JCT/NEC disputes, adjudications, and full litigation cycles, with ownership of your own caseload and close collaboration with partners. - Engage with JCT and NEC dispute work and other related disputes
- Deliver practical, client-focused recommendations in a fast-moving environment
Key requirements
- 5+ PQE in construction litigation
- experience with JCT/NEC disputes and adjudications
