Overview
In this role you will manage a varied commercial property caseload and provide commercially focused advice. You will work within a collaborative team in a supportive, progressive environment, handling leases, acquisitions, disposals, development work, and funding-related matters. You’ll have a strong degree of autonomy and opportunities to take ownership of your work for a diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload including commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, development work, property finance, overage and option agreements
- Provide commercially focused legal advice to a diverse client base
- Work with a collaborative team while taking ownership of your work and delivering high-quality service
- Maintain high standards of client care and organisation to support project delivery
Key requirements
- 2+ PQE in commercial property
- strong technical knowledge in commercial property work
- well-organised with the ability to work autonomously
