A leading regional law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing specialist team in Guildford.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dedicated property litigation practice, advising on a broad range of complex and high‑value matters including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, development issues, real property disputes and property‑related insolvency work. The team is well‑regarded for handling sophisticated instructions, often acting alongside leading counsel and against top-tier national firms.

You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex matters, with exposure to a diverse client base of developers, investors, lenders and corporates. The role also offers opportunities to get involved in business development and contribute to the continued expansion of the practice.

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded solicitor with experience in property litigation or a broader disputes background looking to specialise, offering strong technical work, a collaborative team culture, and clear progression within a highly ranked practice.
