A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Lawyer to join its highly regarded Real Estate team. Recognised by the leading legal directories, the team acts for a broad range of clients including developers, investors, PLCs, owner‑managed businesses and private individuals. This is an opportunity to join a well‑established property disputes practice handling a varied caseload across commercial and residential real estate matters.

The role will involve advising on:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
  • Dilapidations, rent reviews, break notices, forfeiture and possession claims
  • Development and contractual disputes
  • Easements, restrictive covenants and boundary issues
  • Land ownership, adverse possession and co‑ownership disputes
  • Property‑related insolvency matters
  • High Court, County Court and Tribunal proceedings
  • Mediation and other forms of dispute resolution

You will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment, with access to excellent resources, training and opportunities for career development. The firm operates a flexible hybrid working model. Candidates should have strong academics and quality property litigation experience gained within a respected City, national or regional practice. Experience of commercial landlord and tenant work is particularly desirable, alongside a good understanding of court and tribunal procedures.
