Overview

My client is home to one of the leading Real Estate teams in the Southeast, with recognition in both Legal 500 and Chambers for its outstanding lawyers and collective strength. They are now looking to recruit a talented property litigator to join this award‐winning team.

This position provides the opportunity to handle a broad caseload spanning both residential and commercial property litigation. Work will include landlord and tenant disputes, construction and development issues, asset management, utilities, conveyancing, and property finance, amongst others. You will also play a role in business development and work closely with partners on high‐profile matters, becoming an integral part of the team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
