We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join our client's well-regarded team in one of their Surrey offices. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving department known for its expertise in wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload encompassing estate administration, inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney, and trust creation. You will demonstrate sound technical knowledge, a meticulous approach to drafting, and the ability to provide clear, empathetic advice to clients navigating sensitive personal matters.

Trusts experience is essential, alongside a strong understanding of SRA and AML compliance. You will be confident working independently, maintaining high standards of client care and professional integrity, while contributing to the team's collaborative ethos.
