A rare opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join the highly regarded tax team of a leading UK Top 50 firm. This is an excellent platform for a solicitor with corporate tax experience to work on sophisticated, commercially focused matters for a diverse UK and international client base. Truly a role that combines City-quality clients and matters with a regional work-life balance.
The team provides both transactional and standalone tax advice, covering acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations, tax clearances, stamp duty, VAT, international tax and tax disputes. There is also strong exposure to venture capital work, including SEIS/EIS advice and employee share incentive schemes, alongside drafting and negotiating tax deeds and warranties.
You will work closely with clients and their wider advisers, taking on meaningful responsibility and building trusted relationships in a collaborative, highly regarded team. With hybrid working of up to 50% from home or another UK location, this is a genuinely flexible opportunity offering excellent quality work and long-term career progression.
