This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take the next step in their career, with scope for leadership and partnership.
You will be joining a vibrant team that values integrity, approachability, and exceptional service, and you will play a key role in trategic growth across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
The Role You will manage a varied caseload of Wills & Probate matters and contribute to the wider Private Client team.
Responsibilities include: Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney Estate planning and administration Advising clients on asset protection and inheritance matters Providing high standards of client care and service Leading business development and marketing initiatives Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting team growth Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with solid experience in Wills & Probate.
Candidates should demonstrate: Strong technical knowledge of private client law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commercial awareness and leadership potential Commitment to client service and professional standards Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Interest in progressing to partnership (if not already at that level)Location & Working Arrangements Based in Cirencester, with occasional travel to other offices across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
Hybrid working and flexible arrangements are available.
