Chadwick Nott are instructed on a great opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a long established, well regarded firm with a strong community presence and a supportive, down to earth culture. You’ll handle a varied and rewarding caseload across:
- Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (advice, preparation and registration)
- Probate and estate administration
- Court of Protection and deputyship matters
- Capacity issues and general private client advisory work
You’ll manage your own files, meet clients from the outset, and play an active part in business development.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in Private Client
- Strong technical knowledge across Wills, LPAs, Probate and Trusts
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Confident communicator with a client centred approach
- Proactive, commercially aware and happy to support business development
