This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to take the next step in their career, with scope for leadership and partnership. The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of Wills & Probate matters and contribute to the wider Private Client team. Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and powers of attorneyEstate planning and administrationAdvising clients on asset protection and inheritance mattersProviding high standards of client care and serviceLeading business development and marketing initiativesMentoring junior colleagues and supporting team growthCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with solid experience in Wills & Probate. Strong technical knowledge of private client lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommercial awareness and leadership potentialCommitment to client service and professional standardsAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyInterest in progressing to partnership (if not already at that level)Location & Working ArrangementsBased in Cirencester, with occasional travel to other offices across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
