A well established and growing legal team is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to provide high quality legal services across Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team where you will play a key role in client care, case management, and the achievement of team objectives.
The Role
- Conducting initial consultations and client triage
- Advising and liaising with clients on personal injury matters
- Managing ongoing cases from instruction to resolution
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Negotiating settlements and progressing matters efficiently
- Supporting networking and business development activities
- Reviewing and managing WIP and client financing
- Meeting monthly and annual fee targets
- Managing outstanding debt collection
- Attending team meetings where required
- Keeping files organised, compliant, and up to date
- Using DPS for all correspondence and ensuring team compliance
- Adhering to company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements
- 3-5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to manage a busy personal workload and meet deadlines
- Experience using multiple systems and handling data confidently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to follow clear instructions and work independently
- A proactive, responsible, and team focused approach
- Excellent client relationship skills
