Litigation Solicitor - Gloucester

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and growing regional law firm with a strong reputation across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

Working as part of an expanding litigation team, you'll manage your own varied caseload while collaborating with experienced colleagues on a broad range of contentious matters.

This role offers genuine responsibility, high levels of client contact, and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

You will advise clients on a diverse range of disputes, including

  • Residential and commercial landlord & tenant matters
  • Property disputes
  • Contract disputes
  • Contentious probate
  • TOLATA claims
  • Company and shareholder disputes
  • Employment disputes (desirable but not essential)
  • Candidate Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' PQE within litigation
  • Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to conclusion
  • Strong client care and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A genuine interest in business development and networking
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
