An exciting opportunity is anticipated for fluent German-speaking Lawyers and Paralegals to join a large-scale document review project supporting a significant investigation. The successful candidates will work remotely as part of a specialist review team, reviewing German-language documents and assisting with investigation and disclosure exercises. More experienced candidates may also undertake quality control responsibilities and support the wider case team with review decisions.
Responsibilities may include:
- Reviewing and analysing German-language documents
- Conducting first-pass review and coding documents in accordance with review protocols
- Performing quality control reviews of coding decisions
- Creating and executing searches within Relativity
- Identifying key documents and escalating issues where appropriate
- Clearly explaining and defending coding decisions to the wider legal team when required
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency throughout the review process
Candidates must have:
- Fluency in both German and English
- Previous document review experience
- Strong Relativity experience
- The ability to work remotely from within the UK
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
