A top UK law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their nationally recognised Family Law team. With a strong reputation for delivering outstanding client care and legal expertise, the firm offers a collaborative, inclusive environment where people are genuinely valued.

This is a superb opportunity to help develop and grow the firm's Family Law offering, working on a mix of high-value and day-to-day private family matters including divorce, financial proceedings, and children issues. You'll benefit from high levels of autonomy, partner-level collaboration, and a well-supported path for progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex and sensitive family law cases from start to finish
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior colleagues

What We're Looking For
  • Extensive experience in private Family Law (Senior Associate or Legal Director level)
  • Confidence in handling complex cases and leading on significant matters

  • A proven record of business development or self-generated work
  • Empathy, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication skills
  • A proactive team player with leadership capability and ambition
