A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join its expanding practice in Monmouth. This is an excellent opportunity to take on high quality, complex family work within a supportive, client focused environment offering strong prospects for career progression.
The Role
- You will handle a varied caseload of family matters, with a particular focus on complex and high value matrimonial and cohabitation disputes.
- The role requires a confident advocate with strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear, compassionate advice to clients.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of family law matters with minimal supervision
- Advising on complex matrimonial finance and cohabitation disputes
- Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Preparing high quality written advice, pleadings and documentation
- Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suited to a lawyer with:
- Minimum 3 years' PQE in family law
