Family Law Solicitor – Exeter

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join this highly reputable law firm in Devon. As a part of this successful family law team, you will have a focus on Family and Matrimonial law. You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality family law services to a diverse client base in the South West.

Role:

  1. Managing a caseload of family law matters to include divorce, Children Act matters, financial remedy, and prenuptial agreements.
  2. Working on complex and high-net-worth family law matters.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the growth and success of the Family law department.
  4. Staying updated on legal developments and best practices within the Family law sector.

Qualifications:

  1. Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 PQE with a proven track record in handling private law family law.
  2. Ability to demonstrate excellent client care skills and show an ability to maintain and build relationships.
  3. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
  4. Desire to take a key part in the growth and progression of this family law department.
